Questions we get every week.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No call-out fee within 15 miles. Small jobs are $85 for the first hour and $65 per hour after that, and we tell you before we start if it will take longer.
Will you give me a certificate?
Yes. Every notifiable job is registered and you get the certificate by email, usually within a week. Inspections come with a full written report.
Can you work while we're at home or open?
Almost always. We plan power cuts with you, keep them short, and can work evenings or weekends for shops and offices.
How soon can you come?
Most jobs within 2–3 working days. Faults and emergencies booked before 12:00 are usually seen the same day.
Do you make a mess?
We use dust sheets and a vacuum, patch small holes around new cables and take all waste away. Larger plastering or painting we'll quote for separately.
