Do you charge for coming out?
During opening hours the call-out is included in the first 30 minutes ($69). If we can't fix it, you only pay that. Evenings and weekends have a fixed emergency rate.
How quickly can you get here?
For emergencies we aim for 60 minutes. For everyday jobs we usually have a slot the same or next day, in a two-hour window.
Will I know the price before you start?
Yes. We look at the problem, explain what needs doing and agree a fixed price. Nothing is started without your OK.
Which areas do you cover?
The whole city and towns within about 20 miles. Travel inside that area is always free.
How can I pay?
Card on the spot, bank transfer or cash. Larger jobs can be split into a deposit and a final payment when you're happy.
Are your plumbers qualified?
Every engineer is fully qualified, certified for gas work, background-checked and covered by our public liability insurance.
